I enjoy my work, my coworkers, and my customers, but sometimes there is too much work and too many things that are not being worked on fast enough.

People are always willing to help when they can!

I really appreciate their transparency and their willingness to always keep improving.

Being able to accomplish my tasks and provide customers with what they need to thrive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Encouraging, helpful, positive, hard-working, fun, caring, team-oriented. You would be hard pressed to find a better group :)

I am surrounded by talented coworkers who are always looking for ways to improve both themselves and the company.

They are transparent about the overall goals of the company and definitely want to make a difference in the community.

Collaboration! My team is the BEST at helping each other out and we really do have the mentality of no person left behind :)
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my coworkers and enjoy working with my Global clients. I really enjoy meeting new people from around the world and doing my best to help them!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mostly because of my overall salary. Based on research, I know there are other companies (not even the really large corporations) who offer a much higher salary for the position I am currently in and the expertise I bring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing! Always willing to help with a question, and go the extra mile for you, but they also know how to have fun. There is no tearing other teammates down, and they always think of others first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have seen what other companies pay people in a similar role to mine and it is often much more than what I make. I may be paid at the 'median' for my position, but with how inflation is, small increases will not really help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I do not seem to make as much as individuals in other companies with the same role as I am. My team also is short staffed at the moment and it is taking quite a bit of time to obtain new teammates to help share the work and provide better balance.
