I think the salaries are comparable in my industry. I also think that the stock investments that are part of the review cycle are a good thing to highlight as well.

People are treated with respect regardless of how much experience a person has, what age they are, or whatever beliefs they have as an individual. I feel that everyone is valued from top down.

Stock options at review time. During the pandemic the company has paid for parking for corporate employees who had to come to the office for work, it is quite refreshing to not have to think about it.
