Lots of growth at this company, but constantly fighting against political and power struggles, which is exhausting. Also being asked for a lot which has led to burnout

People are trusted with a lot --- so lots of opportunity for professional growth.

Tough personalities who are resistant to change,and being challenged and lacking respect towards some teams.

We work hard but also enjoy having fun outside of work. Team is collaborative and not so competitive that we don?

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are power struggles across teams for credit, wins and being seen as the drivers of success over the other teams that are supporting them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Many ind. contributors are overworked and expected to do a lot with very little. Some toxic leaders are unrealistic in what they ask of their stakeholders.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leadership values employee happiness and health and that permeates down to all managers and then employees. There is also clear focus and commitment to those areas of focus.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There's a need to invest in better processes and systems that can help staff keep up with demands. SPS is operating like a small company with dreams of being a $1B rev company --- leaders need to evolve their mindset that what got the company here today isn't going to get us where we want to go
