- A lot is expected and the compensation can be improved to retain talent, however there is no room for vertical growth

There is no clear path of growth for me to move into verticals. It feels like leadership is trying to discourage vertical growth and only emphasize horizontal.

- Communicate why the journey to 1 billion is important and how this will impact me as an individual employee - Hire more non-white people into leadership, then entire leadership team is white
