The company goal is about making a ton of money but then they are stingy with salaries. We are consistently beneath market in pay and cut benefits. Seem like they make their money by taking from the employees.
SPS doesn't offer competitive salaries because SPS states is a "small tech company" but the big goal is to make the company a billion dollars making it one of the largest companies in MN. Can't that money be better put into salaries? Or at least stop scaling back benefits?
