My particular team has a great culture of support and understanding. We like to see each other succeed!

Our organization really supports us in finding our calling and establishing a path to get there within the company

I appreciate knowing that wen the business does well, it will be reflected in my compensation - as long as I have shown I have earned it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent with our goals and long term plans! They are also the opposite of stuffy executives - they fit into (and promote) the greater company culture very well.

The leadership team is very open with employees so we all understand our strategic vision. I appreciate that they also make effort to better themselves and keep learning - they admit that they don't know everything, which is refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard but also take the time to joke around a bit. My team is very supportive of the work others are doing and offer help when they can, but respect when someone else is the expert and they could learn from them.
