Our team shares a goal and we're all motivated to achieve that together. Creates more synchronization in the projects and effort we put forth.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work I get to do because it makes a real impact in bringing in revenue. So it feels good to be making a contribution with numbers behind it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that there is roll over on PTO. I worked hard for that benefit and I shouldn't loose it just because I'm dedicated. It's my vacation so let me take it when I want to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we have a department that takes a positive outlook on failing. Because of that, we have the space and support to try new things without fear of blame or ridicule. Feels safe to push the limits.
