We legitimately improve our customers day to day operations and the people I work with and for are top notch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There hasn't been meaningful increases to combat inflation, although SPS remains profitable to our share-holders. It would increase morale to see salary's increase to counter cost of living increases.
