I've been with SPS for 14 years and can't imagine being anywhere else. The people are amazing, leadership is best around, there are always new challenges and opportunities coming up that keep me challenged and growing in my career.

There is always something new to work on. New opportunities are always popping up, which have allowed me to change things up over the years, challenge myself in different ways, and apply my previous knowledge in new ways.

I am mostly left alone to do my work and management trusts I will get it done. If I need something, people are always available and will make time. They truly care about me as a person and what I'm doing and it shows.

The general understanding that many of us have children and other obligations, but we're also professionals and will get our work done. The flexibility that comes with this is great, and allows me to take care of my family and also be a key SPS employee.

I'm not sure if this is necessarily the culture, but I have built up a huge network of people in teams across the company over the years and we frequently go to each other for help, guidance, to be part of something, etc. And we all get along great in team events, etc. as well.
