They have a clear direction and communicate. They invest in employees and celebrate diversity. They are genuine and care about the company, culture, and employees. I can relate to, and get excited about the company values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it's truly a package! The salary is competitive, the medical premiums are reasonable with very good options. There are many other perks- often paid lunches, team outings, free parking at times, on-site gym, bonus opportunities and more.

My team members are wonderful to work with. We are a diverse group that support each other. The work is exciting, and it's exciting to be part of a company that is well respected in the community.
