Consistently take on and deliver multiple priorities and responsibilities with low % of pay increase each year. A better bonus structure or reward for employee tenure would make me feel better about my compensation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Taking on the work of more than one FTE. An increase to base compensation + more perks around bonuses or stock options, even if one time, would show my effort and work is acknowledged and appreciated.
