They are pretty open on goals and where we are at as a company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that compared to the market we are paid on the lower end and it is hard to gauge where you are as an employee on compensation end, very hush hush about it. Additionally, we are doing well as a company but it would be nice to have bonuses to show appreciation to all employees, not just a group
