What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are welcoming and helpful when needed. I like it doesn't micromanage the team rather it is autocratic, which allows each individual to manage their work and perform their best. I appreciate how it gives flexibility to manage work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like my leadership is transparent and cares about their staff. They communicate and keep us informed on what is the priorities, the leadership empathizes with their team and listens to what the staff had to share. My leadership believes in innovation and allows the team to explore & creative.
