
My team is a true team - meaning they have my back and I have theirs. We are always helping each other when issues or questions arise and providing learning experiences so that we can be efficient and pros at our jobs.
Personable - meaning that they seem like people you can talk to without them speaking down on you due to rank. They strive for growth and always push to be the best - but they know that that can only happen with their employees and being a team.
I would like to ability to negotiate pay increases based on experience and work-value. When I am being asked to do more work - outside of role - or receive a promotion I'd prefer a pay increase by negotiating rather than just be set by scale or percentage based on tenure.
I really enjoy the option to work from home or at the office. The flexibility is important to me for a work-life balance and has played a key role in my happiness in my position at SPS. I also have loved that parking has been free for those who have chosen to work in the office for the time being.
