It's been great, however, the compensation needs to become more competitive to show that we're appreciated here for the best employees to stay. There have been a few corporate games played which are unfair

I have met a ton of good people and have had some great experiences. I would love to stay here, but the deciding factor will be if we start being paid fairly

It has been great, it just gets tough watching lower performers being rewarded for tenure rather than giving more to your best performers. Really takes away from the incentive to do well for SPS

Generally good place to work, but I think the executives like to talk a big game about how much they care about employees and their actions don't support that. For example pay is not reflective and we have proven that we can work at home but are being forced to come in part time for no reason

We don't get paid the market value for our positions. A higher salary, bonus and better benefits

Compensation and benefits could be better especially for the high performers. Bonuses could accomplish this by adding incentive and rewarding the best employees

The market value of similar positions is quite a bit more than we are paid, especially if you are one of the best performers at your position

It would make me feel better if I got paid what other consultants at different companies get paid. If you are one of the best employees on your team, you should get paid that way

I don't believe I'm paid as much as I could get if I left. I would appreciate being paid as much as others are willing to pay for the same position. SPS should be doing more to retain their best employees rather than rewarding the mediocre ones
