It's been a positive experience so far. I am still learning a lot. The most frustrating days can be challenging but that is because the work I do is very complex. Overall I am very happy here and hope to have my career progress so that I can be more comfortable financially.

Pay does not match the current inflated cost of living

Everyone is genuine and kind. Some of the smartest people I know and are willing to help and teach.

The camaraderie we have with each other. I belong to a very kind and genuine team that is very patient and generous with their time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance provider was changed and it doesn't seem to cover as much as the old one did even though it is still as expensive. I haven't gotten any compensation raise in over 2 years and the cost of living has sky rocketed yet all we hear about is how much money the company is making.
