What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is consistently one of the top reasons I continue to work at SPS.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are making great strides to make a more inclusive culture. There is a long road ahead but there seems to be a collective desire to continue to improve diversity and inclusivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they have done a fairly good job in response to all that has happened in our nation these past few years. It would have been easy for them to stick their heads in the sad and just focus on the business.
