I enjoy my job and the people I work with. I am proud to work here. The pay could be better, positions seems to be about 30% below the average so please be sure to take a look into that.

Pay industry standard for all positions as well as hire experience employees. There also needs to be more diversity, especially a the executive level

We have not received an sort of increase around the cost of living increases and we are not fairly paid for our jobs in the industries

I do love the work I do and the people that I work with. I also feel happy in what my direct management is doing for my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company should look at the industry standard for positions and paid accordingly. There seems to be a big focus on hiring college grads with no experience and the pay seems to be based around them. It would also be nice to have Juneteenth off and Presidents day.
