Individuals from other depts that I work quite a bit with are very friendly, welcoming, supportive, & helpful

We work pretty independently, but when there is a push at a month/quarter end, we all jump into to do what needs to be done to close the period successfully

My co-workers within my own dept are very busy with daily tasks and are 'introverted', not interested in getting together in person for social events. I have a very limited relationship with the individuals on my team - been w SPS < 1yr and 99% remote
