Joining SPS was the best decision i've made
I love SPS, it's a company I'm proud to work for and what we do. There are just some things I feel aren't addressed like they should like compensation, PTO and career advancement.
I have really enjoyed my time at SPS. I'm happy I decided to apply and ultimately accept the role here. I always say it's my retirement company.
I enjoy working at SPS; the only issue I have is that I don't feel that there's a genuine focus on the employees and promoting growth within SPS; it's more of a checkbox. I rarely get feedback outside of Keep up the excellent work.
The level of care is top notch
The willingness to discuss any issues or hurdles.
If asked for information, it's provided.
It's clearly defined removing any questions
The option to purchase SPS stock
How smart and collaborative they are
I enjoy interacting with my teammates.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan option
Everyone has the same goal
The culture is the best I've ever worked for
The energy everyone has for their role is amazing
Everyone wants the best for the function and outcome.
The people i work with make my day better
The people I work with
Everyone is aware of the currently situation we're working under
Everyone is on the same page working towards the same goal
We all have the same goals at the end of the day.
The impression that we're all under a state of pressure bonds us
How human they are and how much they listen when the conversation is needed.
That we all really have the same goals even if we're from different backgrounds.
Interacting with fun, energetic and intelligent people motivates me to go into the office and collaborate
I love the pace of work my team does, the people I work with and the change we're making
How personal they are you can tell they want you to succeed and you're not just a headcount on their payroll
I'm not sure leadership knows how much I actually do outside of my role, and when I inform them, it's approached as if it's a given that I should be doing so.
I have taken on a number of duties outside my role to not only support our overall team, the CMO and the company but also taken on being a mentor to a number of employees and an advocate for SPS internally and externally.
