There is too much complicated work for the highest performers and very little support for the lower level workers to improve to take on the higher demand, more complex projects. This leaves the top performers exhausted with very little support. The company is large and continuing to grow quickly

everyone wants to be successful and tries to help make sure others are successful

completing projects. Seeing happy customers and having positive feedback from my customers about my performance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I'm paid fairly. I believe the healthcare is overpriced. I also appreciate the fact that I am still paid on commission so that the overtime I work is compensated
