It aligns with the market. It takes performance reviews into consideration when promotions are earned/ and pay increases align to performance.

Hard working people who support one another and want to see everyone succeed. It's a positive, welcoming environment. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

Flexibility in schedule. Being recognized for work and having the opportunity to take on different types of work that challenge me. I wish I had more of these 'stretch' projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not comparable to the market. The career pathing and compensation is not clear or visible to internal employees. I think it'd be helpful to have transparency into roles and their leveling (range).
