Fair pay, wonderful direct manager, very poor training, difficult to learn the job and work independently, very high stress and anxiety every day.
I like working for a larger company. However the paid holidays and PTO days are far less than expected.
For such a large company, it’s not so bad; they seem to "care" for their employees as much as a corporation set out only to make billions of dollars can. The PTO is insultingly low and taking PTO is really a punishment. Nobody is helping do your work while youre out; it's all just waiting for yo
They care about an employee first company
Direct leadership treat me like a human.
The pay is fair, health bennifits standard.
They seem to care about social issues
diverse and knowledable group of people
Being able to solve a problem
Working with competent counterparts and producing successful results.
fair salary. Poor PTO/holidays off
I guess the stock option.
We're all learning this together
it is a big company?
reciving propper training so I know how to do my job
Some of the team members are intelligent and capable people able to learn and apply knowledge to solving problems.
The value the knowledge gained by employees and will help find them the best role within SPS to suite that knowledge.
Being able to solve an issue on my own/without having to ask several people for help. Also, logging off at the end of the day so I can engage in regualr human style life.
People keep a positive dialog for the most part, however the longer I'm here the more I see that a lot of people are struggling to know what to do and where to go to get answers.
I have little insight to the executive leadership team other than they want more and more money. Money and infinite growth (i.e. Money) is all I know they care about. My direct boss however, does care about the team and me as a person, a very rare find indeed.
The lack of training for new employees is very poor. Mass hiring to support that endless growth yet no training on how to go about succeeding at ones job. Asking someone as new as me for help is the best I get most days. Everyone is too busy to be able to actually train and support new hires.
