The auxiliary benefits are solid, like pretax commuter benefits. New packages for vision are also good. Commissions could improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SPS is very open to educating new employees and has invested in the infrastructure to do so effectively and at scale, as opposed to many companies that only hire external haymakers.
