I would say that SPS is very diverse. SPS takes the time to highlight the culture and environment
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is working together as a team and building relationships even over slack and zoom
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am now just being paid industry standard for my position (and that's on the low end) and I've been here for three years. I think the pay is extremely low and I've always felt that way. We constantly hear we're going for $1 billion. Just doesn't seem like we have that company support.
