This place can be good and bad. Work/Life balance is good. Good people. Nice office space. I have been here for 3.5 years now and have never felt micromanaged. My frustrations come with our lack of pay, and management saying yes to everything that comes through, without thinking about employees.
We need to be paid more
Agile along with caring about the success of SPS
The executive team has the best interest of the company in mind.
We aren't paid fairly, if that changes then people would be more bought into the company.
Some I believe get by with no effort, or knowledge of what they are selling, or don't care to help teammates succeed.
Some of the people here are truly great, and it is sad to see top tier talent and people go due to lack of respect and pay.
Pay your employees what they deserve to be paid and can get elsewhere. SPS clearly has the financial ability to do so. Sometimes management doesn't really seem to care about employee/customer experience, just the bottom dollar. It's hard to fully agree with Employees Come First.
It seems employees here are notoriously undervalued and underpaid. Compared to market value it is frustrating. When our company says how successful we are with quarters of growth, and the people who help be responsible for that don't get rewarded for it, makes it hard to buy into the company.
