our health care plan is super expensive. Maternity leave pay is short. I have to fight for appropriate pay raise upon promotion
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that based on the comp set SPS has a lower range of pay scale. When this was brought up in raise conversations it was not taken well.
