SPS is a great company for the solutions they provide but they don't promote within which makes it difficult to stay positive on a personal outlook.

Having the team have a pay adjustment just to keep up with inflation and a lack of promotions for people that have been here long-term.

Our team has a ton of experience and are exemplary business partners. We work really well together and always help each other fill in the gaps.

Higher pay, a lot of salaries are stagnant from year to year. Some teams have a much higher promotion rate than others. There seems to be a lot of double standards.
