I think SPS pays quite a bit lower than the industry standard. Most of my friends doing similar work make at least 10% more than me. The benefits are good, the flexibility is good, but the pay is subpar.
Work is fine, but making 60k when I have been here for 3 years is a bit frustrating. There is a lot of opportunity at SPS, but the increases in pay are very minimal as you climb up the ladder.
