The work life balance can be good sometimes. However, overworked and under paid.

There is a lot of positive energy.

I like learning new programs and technology.

We work together and help eachother.

The managers don't micromanage their team.

I am always learning something new.

I feel we should receive bonuses.

The leadership team try's their best to help employees.

Everyone is helpful and treats each other with respect.

Very friendly and productive enviroment.

They are there for the team and they don't micro manage.

I get to work from home, and I don't have a lot of preasure.

They listen and treat us with respect. They also are willing to help us succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I am paid well but there aren't any bonuses or ways to earn more money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I handle multiple roles such as Project management, EDI Analyst, NetSuite support, training customers, and EDI Support. There aren't bonuses or any additional compensation. However, we are expected to keep taking on more work.
