We are a cohesive unit. We all respect each other and help each other in all circumstances.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers succeed. I know I am making a difference for them and that gives me professional value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very nice people who are willing to help. I am remote so I do not get the perks of in-person work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen competitors offer almost 25% more for the same role, and I believe that is what leads us to lose people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I haven't been here long, nor had interaction with our executive team, they have made great strides for minority inclusion, as well as work from home.

While there have been many changes in the past year, they all appear to be on the same page. They also strive to make changes to ensure we are keeping up with business' demands
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not have a salary to compare myself to in order to accurately answer this question. I know we lose many people due to competition paying more than we do. We seem to be growing quarterly for almost the past 25 years - perhaps some of that can trickle down to all of us.
