They are on a journey to 1 billion. I am sure they will get their based on aggressive sales techniques and punishing customers who leave. Journey to 1 billion is probably a great slogan for the shareholders, but for the employees who will not see a dime of that money it is sort of insulting.

We do what we say. When we make something a priority, it gets done.
