What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about their employees. I had a family emergency, and they didn't event think twice. They told me to go be with my family, and they'd take care of everything at the office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Senior leadership needs to understand how ostentatious they are being when they brag about XX quarters of growth, yet refuse to be competitive with pay for comparable companies. Also, if we are once again setting record growth, what's the real reason for forcing a return to the office?
