Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have worked at SPS Commerce for the last 11 years. Day-after-day and year-after-year, I have continued to be challenged in learning new things or how to improve my own skills, and I cannot say enough how grateful I am to be a part of the organization.

The leadership team is thoughtful, supportive and communicates the vision of the company clearly and openly.

Everyone is willing to learn, provide their absolute best effort and is supportive of each other.

Seeing successful results and watching other team members' days improve with changes we are able to drive!

It's fast paced and growing, there are always new opportunities at hand as long as you're willing to pursue them.

Even though everything moves at a very fast pace and expectations are high, there are always resources to support you on your journey.

My team is always willing to help me change my lens in how I'm looking at a problem to come up with an even better solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The SPS leadership team is open and accessible, they aren't hidden by a magic curtain, rather they show employees at all levels how invested they are into the future of SPS Commerce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package offers different options for what fits best for you. Whether it's stock options, 401k matching, maternity/paternity leave, etc, I don't know what other factors could be included in the package to make it better!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I see that I'm able to make an impact on someone else's day-to-day workflow. My role involves process recommendation and improvements, so seeing that I am able to improve someone else's day makes me very happy!
