The culture is great. I've never worked for a company that actually cares about culture.

They really care about their employee and not just say that they do. Their actions show it

The challenges of the work. I hate cookie cutter and SPS (at least Analytics) is def not cookie cutter

culture is great but just like every other company in the work that has changed since everyone is working from home

The team I work in is great. We all get along great. Many of which I've worked with for many many years

I personally love the office environment. I wish the company would require employees to go back more. Even if once a week or bi weekly. Going to an empty office doesn't feel great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually care about their employees. I've been in the workplace for over 2 decades and many companies say they care about their employees but it's empty worse. SPS actually cares about their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K and Health Insurance are great. I used to be an independent 1099 contractor paying my own health insurance and not having a 401k so people really take those for granted. I appreciate it.
