many of us have known eachother for many years due to our acquisition 3 years ago.

access to affordable healthcare and the Provider also wants to be sure we remain healthy with a work/life balance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All leaders on the executive level are outstanding at their jobs but many have amazing personal stories as well in their communities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity on all levels and the promotion and inclusiveness of all employees. I've never been part of a company like this and it's very positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have recently moved to a big team and came from a 2-man team previously so having more people to interact and share information is so much better on many levels
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our top leadership are dynamic human beings! Everyone of them are in their position with so much purpose. Great leaders create New Leaders...that should always be one of their main objectives. The current position of SPS reflects this to be true!
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to now work remotely and not skip a beat if there is a world event or personal issue; with access to a laptop, we all can work from anywhere and that's productive and a good place to be compared to other professions.
