
SPS Commerce is a great company. My department is too fragmented and lacks decisive leadership.
Poor opportunities for ANY company training. I have not completed company training in OVER one year. Know More To Be More is a dream. I have zero opportunities to progress my career with my depart. I feel trapped at SPS Commerce.
My leadership need to care about me as an employee not a number.

Better collaboration amongst team member. Department leadership (all managers and Director) need to be more present.
Transparent to non leadership employees. They do not live in an ivory tower away from access.
Lack of constructive and tangible quantitative feedback. Lack of opportunity to advance my career. Poor team leadership.
There is not anything that makes me happy at work. Being treated with better respect and mentoring would help. There is no mentoring.
Compensation would not change my view. Poor career options. Poor personal communication from Sr. Department leadership. I am a number. Issues are more important than me.
Analytics Department lacks community and cohesion. Going to the office is uncomfortable. My MSP team does not want to come in. My leaders are 100% remote.
We try to collaborate. Distance makes it impossible. Leadership (who are remote) do not encourage) MSP community. Going into the office is empty because there is not any team. It feels a bad experience.
