Everyone one is welcome, everyone is important and is cared about and discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.

They share what we are doing, what we want to achieve and the details around those things. Compared to other organizations I have worked at, SPS leadership is transparent.

They are transparent. They care, show empathy, and support. They also challenge me to be better. It takes a village and they show up everyday as part of that village.

Everyone is always trying their best and everyone wants to genuinely help and succeed. It doesn't matter if you fail . It matters what you do to learn from it, fix it and move on.
