Overall I love SPS, there are things that need to be addressed like any home of course but it really feels like home. With some upgrades to pay and PTO. Also maybe covering our deductibles, I think SPS goes from unknown to the premier work place to be.
They are open and down to collaborate.
They are flipping awesome!!! I love my team!!!! Great workers and even better humans!
They are accessible and down to earth. Care about me as a person first employee second.
My team. I love coaching my team and building my relationship with each one who reports to me.
Person first employee 2nd. That is what I lead with and it is great to see the company who does the same.
Always open and available. Care about our well being and never big time us. Never make us feel like we can't come to them.
My team and the feel in the office when I go in. Also, when remote, just being able to zoom with my team when needed and stay connected. I enjoy what I am doing so much right now and have a new found passion thanks to SPS!
Commission and Stock options. I think overall we could up the base pay to help retain top talent. If the base pay were upped no one would leave, also change PTO to unlimited PTO and fix the Parental/Maternal leave. 6 weeks standard for non birthing parents and 12 weeks for moms.
Everyone is super friendly and caring. No judgement and everyone is here to help everyone out. People will go out of there way to get to know you and welcome you with open arms and make you feel welcomed. The culture is really unmatched. SPS backs up what it talks about with the culture! LOVE IT!!
I feel like the PTO can be more and our voices should be hear more about what needs to change. I think we should get paid more, for a tech company, I feel we are behind in paid from ICs to middle management. Also, for managers, I would like to see the RSGs vest after 12 months.
