My experience at the company started off pretty bad. Since moving to my new role, it is like I work for a different company and it has been so much better. In my first role I could see this difference and I held out for the change and it was worth it. I would not return to the past role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They offer a lower deductible health care plan that is not extremely overpriced in a time that healthcare insurance is expensive and and has poor coverage.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not think my lack of excitement has to do with the company. I do not have a personal connection or interest in the product. I work for this company because they have been good to me and that matters a lot.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to do better with teamwork and training. When asking for help it can be a challenge to get help and get understanding to learn how to address situations in the future. There is also to m any differences of opinion on how to handle tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture has a lot of people that are willing to help and in difficult situations they tend to be cool headed and easy to work with to get a problem tackled. We do also do not seem to deal with unnecessary stress and that makes life better as a whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team care about us as employees. They take steps to talk to us and get to know us some. They also tell us to take care of ourselves and our health. Above all they made every effort they could to help our team in Ukraine during this time of war.
