We're a solid Product team with very solid leaders, it would be hard to convince me to jump to another team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The activities and gatherings that this company offers is none like I've experienced before with my previous employers. SPS likes to work hard but also encourages playing hard, too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are people in the workplace. They aren't hidden away where they aren't accessible. They want to be seen and they want you to feel seen. I appreciate that they know the strategic initiatives that we have and support us to be empowered to knock them out.
