The people who work at SPS and the relationships we have with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to provide for our customers and make them happy with their service they have through SPS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like we are underpaid for the growth and results we are providing. Merit increases are not aligned in percentages amongst teams (i.e. 5% on one team for meets expectations and 3% on another team) and that feels frustrating during times where cost of living is astronomical.
