It has been ok. There are areas for improvement. Example when we take time off we don't get someone to do our work so we come to a pile of work and just work extra to get caught up. How does time off look when that is what is happening?
I have worked at SPS Commerce many years. I feel in the last few years SPS Commerce has started to take the employees and their families for granted.
They appear to keep communication open
They try to do quarterly updates
Most people are willing to help
I seem to have job security
Willingness to help each other
The environment is always changing
At times there is great comradery between team members.
Still can work from home 3 days a week
Being able to sit down and do my work
At times they try to include the employees in communication
Being able to know what I need to do each day.
Looking at the job market for the same positions they are making 10,000 - 20,000 more
I think roles are not defined on our team. Consultant keep taking on more and more responsibility and yet nothing gets taken to a different group to handle
With coming back to the office it was like taking a $100 - $150 pay cut. I will still need to pay for the internet at home as I'm still working from home 3 days a week. So more expense for why?
So with inflation rates at 7% last year and more than that this year it is getting hard to make ends meet. I believe if an employee meets or exceeds expectation SPS would want to keep up with rate of inflation at the very minimum. I work 50-70 hours no time for a second job
