SPS has been a great company to work for and has allowed me to develop professionally however I feel there is opportunity to further and maintain our talent. Too often do we see SPS lose valuable resources who feel undervalued at SPS
SPS has allowed me to grow and continue to grow professionally

the culture is very strong within my team
Generally accessible and provides vision
very strong collaboration amongst peers
Shared goals and work ethic. Willing to support each other
consistent thirst for growth at leadership and individual contributor level
Working with other like minded individuals to solve business problems
generally accessible and willing to provide constructive feedback or strategic thinking

the opportunity to work with those like minded individuals to solve a business problem
When the business has confidence in the team's expertise and knowledge to take the right action
SPS has the opportunity to provide competitive compensation based on the market and the performance of the company
Career ladder remains unclear and external resourcing is often over valued compared to those building their career at SPS
Their accessibility. Rarely do you see the level of engagement from executives to help support and drive success with customes
SPS has been willing to flex with the shifting corporate culture and is understanding to a work / life balance
Most people (especially those tenured) are always open to support those in their development or with questions to solve a problem
In my opinion SPS undervalues their existing talent comparably to those outside the company and considering the complexity and ramp period they miss the mark on retaining or acknowledging the talent they have available
I have found that SPS undervalues employees who continue to advance or shift roles internally versus external hires. When reflecting on the complexity of our business & the long ramp period to be proficient or advanced in particular roles, there is more value in equally compensating an internal hire
