Going on 12 years at SPS so it's been great overall. Still a job and there are headaches here and there, but I have no plans on leaving any time soon
Positivity, helpfulness, friendly, team oriented, multi cultural
heads down focus time when I'm not interrupted
our people are the best
Transparent, proactive, approachable, relatable, open
collaborative, helpful, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable
Collaborative, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fun
Open, goal oriented, approachable, clearly communicate SPS values & vision
we promote career growth and create opportunities for professional growth
Their vision and mission is clear. We regularly get communication/updates on how we're tracking towards our goal of 1B and they foster positivity in the workplace
It's a job so it's not to say anything is 'wrong' - the reality is that we have a lot of work to do and competing priorities/timelines
401k match has much to be desired. We have strong profits and increased stock price over the years, so it'd be nice to see a better 401k match, bonus structure, incentive plans etc
Benefits package is not competitive. Family Plan Health insurance is the most expensive I've heard of from talking to friends & family. 50% match on 401k contributions up to 6% is also not good considering how much revenue we generate.
The family healthcare benefits are very weak compared to other companies in the industry. The 401k match is also not great from what I've read. My personal compensation is probably aligned with industry trends, but SPS is above and beyond our industry- so we should be matched as such
