Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get compensated as well as our American counterparts. It would be a wellness allowance to pay for optical or local preferred gym or extra curricular sport. As current benefit packages are so limited compared to other companies.

Provide a wellness plan covers extra health & dental benefits not covered. Need an optical plan and extended eye exams care, increase massage therapy, allow coverage gym perks include hot yoga, grant WFH allowance to subsidize computer monitor & office chair. employee program to buy old laptops.
