Great. I love working for SPS, and even though it can be overwhelming at times, overall it's a great place to work in terms of work/life balance and daily challenges. If SPS wants to keep its best talent longer term, it should sacrifice one quarter of growth for a company-wide pay scale increase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My value to my team and the company exceeds what I'm paid. A significant bump in base salary and/or an incentivized bonus structure would help me feel better about this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As an experienced Consultant, I feel that I provide significantly more value to the company than the dollar amount that I'm being paid, specifically related to the measure of direct deliverables for customers as well as internal employee development.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy the stance of leadership within my company on several important sociopolitical issues. I also very much appreciate the company's stance on WFH to this point. I would be extremely disappointed if I were to ever be forced to work in office on a regular basis again.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that my worth to the company is greater than what I'm paid. Annual pay and benefits commensurate of this would make me feel better about that. Senior CS delivery team members should have a starting base salary of at least $100k with incentive benefits for that to grow.
