Great. I love working for SPS, and even though it can be overwhelming at times, overall it's a great place to work in terms of work/life balance and daily challenges. If SPS wants to keep its best talent longer term, it should sacrifice one quarter of growth for a company-wide pay scale increase.
SPS is a great place to work, and strongly supports work/life balance while also offering new challenges every day.
Confidence and transparency are strengths of theirs.
collaborating with others, leading others to success
The company equity is beneficial
General openness and approachable/accessible personalities.
Safe work environment, positive approach to employees by leadership
The manager overall, and the personality of other team members.
great team chemistry, open lines of communication, very good team culture
Social dynamic, team manager, successful working history with multiple team members.
Problem solving, spending time with work friends, getting large projects done.
Dedication to maintaining a consistent company culture that supports employees inside and outside of work.
Solving problems for customers and co-workers, and interacting with co-workers that I consider personal friends.
Supportive approach to parents and the time commitment that can entail on a day to day basis.
My value to my team and the company exceeds what I'm paid. A significant bump in base salary and/or an incentivized bonus structure would help me feel better about this.
As an experienced Consultant, I feel that I provide significantly more value to the company than the dollar amount that I'm being paid, specifically related to the measure of direct deliverables for customers as well as internal employee development.
I enjoy the stance of leadership within my company on several important sociopolitical issues. I also very much appreciate the company's stance on WFH to this point. I would be extremely disappointed if I were to ever be forced to work in office on a regular basis again.
I feel that my worth to the company is greater than what I'm paid. Annual pay and benefits commensurate of this would make me feel better about that. Senior CS delivery team members should have a starting base salary of at least $100k with incentive benefits for that to grow.
