Starting at an entry level position, over the past 8 years I've been able to work my way into a long term career and found myself in the leadership position I had hoped to earn. I've been respected, valued & appreciated.

The people are the culture of the company. Everyone builds each other up.

The leadership team is personable, approachable and shares the mission, vision and values of the company in a very transparent way.

Everyone is smart, quick, works hard and has a lot of fun. There is little to no politics or toxicity across the team.

Everyone genuinely cares about each other, the job and does their best every day. The collaboration and the way we help each other out is so helpful and drives a positive culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Both the people I work with and the work that I do. The people make it fun and I laugh a lot when I'm at work. The work I do is constantly evolving and changing. There is no repetition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to work hard, play hard, give back to the community and make a difference. Ideas are considered and if there is a way to do things better it's considered and an open place to advocate for continual improvement.
