My overall experience has been awesome I have been promoted 3 times in 4 years. I have got work with tons of different incredibly smart people.
I love SPS and the path we are going down. I love the MMT leadership team after the changes we have made this year. I dislike the time stamp promotions and the unfair percentages attached to promotions. It seems as though you have to leave SPS and come back to get paid market value.
Willingness to work together and find solutions.
Cohesion, constant change and great leadership.
Solving problems and working for an industry leader.
Solving problems for our customers.
My fellow consultants are the best parts of my team.
Pay employees instead of letting everyone worth money leave the company.
The ability to change, help one another and bunce ideas off of one another.
Solving problems and learning new ways to do my job each and every day.
I couldn't believe more in my managers. Couldn't feel more disconnected from the reality our C Suite lives in.
The ability to work together and grind out solutions regardless of the requests and expectations placed on the team.
Getting paid 75% of the industry average. Consultants are making less than 60k while generating millions of dollars in revenue.
Being paid Market Value for staying loyal to a company vs getting paid less than people joining from outside the company.
Paying market value and not giving low ball offers for promotions while paying external people to the same positions 25k more.
The success and the ability to find new roles within the company. Unfortunately moving teams isn't justified in pay so people are scared to make big changes.
Look at the market value of our positions. External candidates get paid 20% more than the employees who chose SPS to start their careers and work up through the ranks.
The leadership team of my immediate team care about me as a person and will do anything in their power to succeed as a team. The C suite couldn't be further detached from the employees that work for them.
