I believe compensation that reflected the national average for my current title as well as representing the economic inflation issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they have a plan set-up to succeed in ensuring the growth of the company mean-while maintaining an enivironment for its employees to grow within the company as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very knowledgeable in our product and services. I never feel like we don't have a solution for a problem I might be facing. My team is extremely positive and grateful to have ended up in this department.
